Group & Private Lessons

The East Alton Skating Academy offers both group and private lessons for skaters of every age!  



~ Group lessons are offered through the East Alton Ice Arena. It's never too late to join!  



~Boot camp is offered for $8 per class when time allows in the schedule.



~ Private lessons are also available with the EASA coaches listed below.

Group Classes

Snowplow Sam

Age: 3-5 years old​

Young skaters will begin their time on the ice learning to fall down and recover, as well as basic marching across the ice with the assistance of a bucket if needed.

​Basic 1 - 8 & Adult

Age: 6 & up

Skaters will learn basic skating skills while progressing on to more difficult glides, turns, stops, and even jumps!! 

 

Hockey Skating Skills



Age: 3 & up

Skaters will learn the basic of hockey skating while having fun on the ice.  This class does require a helmet and gloves.  Instructors may ask skaters to bring a stick to class on occasion.
